Using Pupils to Model

This teacher uses a student to assist in modelling the warm up in this group lesson.

This is a good way to motivate the group and give the teacher time for some informal assessment. "Never do a job in the classroom that a child can do" has always been a good mantra for classroom practitioners. Using children to help with warm ups, IT, and set up can afford the instrumental teacher more time to manage teaching and learning.
