Linking Warm Ups

In this flute lesson, the teacher uses a scale linked to the key of the piece the student will study in the main body of the lesson.

The warm up develops into rhythmic development and approaches to scale practice. Warm ups should, where appropriate, seek to be relevant to the learning you wish to do with students in the repertoire work.
